The Belvedere Clinic is a Physical Therapy practice operating clinics in Greystones and Wicklow Town. The Belvedere Clinic offers an holistic system of diagnosis and treatment for musculoskeletal disturbances. We provide drug-free and collaborative treatment that encourages the client to take an active and informed role in their own treatment and recovery programme.

James Heron is the Physical Therapist at the Belvedere Clinic, he holds a Bachelor in Science degree from the Institute of Physical Therapy and Applied Sciences. As well as working with local GAA and Rugby teams, he has worked for Leinster Rugby in their recovery department where he treated members of the first team as well Irish international players and members of the British and Irish Lions.

James is on the CORU register of Physiotherapists and Physical Therapists. CORU is Ireland’s multi-profession health regulator. It’s role is to protect the public by promoting high standards of professional conduct, education, training and competence through statutory registration of health and social care professionals. James is particularly interested in helping his clients manage persistent pain, something he sees as one of the biggest healthcare problems today. He has been an active long distance runner (though he’s on a break at the moment). He plays tag rugby and softball, and is the founder of the Wicklow Wolves Softball team. When he isn’t doing all that stuff he is also a volunteer with the Wicklow Town Community First Responders.
