“Helping people feel stronger, move better, and become more independent is what drives me every day. My style as a physiotherapist is energetic, motivating, and focused on giving you the tools to live your best life, whether you are recovering from injury, improving everyday movement, or aiming for peak sports performance.

With a 6 year background of exploring how movement empowers us with a bachelors in Kinesiology from McMaster University and a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from UCD I’ve built a strong understanding of exercise based rehabilitation. I am especially passionate about teaching you the tools to become stronger and more independent, and I make each session engaging, personal, and effective. Outside the clinic, I love scuba diving and dream of exploring dive spots around the world. I am thrilled to now call Greystones home where I look forward to helping the community feel better and more confident”.
